Policy For On Site Personal Shopping
PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING!
IMPORTANT!!
1. Please book at least one week in advance.
2. Though you may have booked, I have the right to reschedule or cancel due to family emergencies or an already planned personal appointment. In the event of a cancellation, your money will be refunded immediately.
3. Payment for my time is upfront, but so is any amount you want me to shop with. Please discuss with me before booking! You may chose a plan with a specific location and a set fee, or you may choose a 30% commission fee instead of a plan. In this case, I will accept 30% of the total amount you purchase. For a commission based outing, your total shopping amount must add up to 40,000 yen or more. Shipping fees are not included for commission based shopping.
4. You are booking me for about 4 hours of my time (two hours for transportation, depending on location, two for shopping.) Please have a clear list ready for what you want me to buy for you. I cannot shop if you do not know what you want to buy. Images are helpful!
5. You may message or video call me while I am shopping, but some shops do not allow photography or video calling. Please understand.
6. Shipping fees are not included in the price. I will weigh the items purchased and message you about shipping later.
7. If you are unsatisfied with the purchases made, a refund can be made within 10 to 14 days of the purchase made (depends on the shop's policy). Understandably, due to international shipping time, it is difficult to claim a refund. Therefore, you can check the condition of the items purchased via video call before I send out the item to you. Refunds will be issued the same method you paid with. Once I send the item to you, refunds become more difficult, so please be aware.
